the breakfast was quite luxurious and tasty. i especially liked the prosecco and cake i received upon arrival. the spa area was also quite amazing.
the hotel is located quite far from the city center. it took me 15 minutes to find restaurants, due to the location. i found it shocking that there was an extra charge for pool access.

the hotel is beautiful, but my keycards kept failing. i find this problematic

I found a couple of issues . the gym hours were shorter than i expected, inconvenient for my schedule. also, the in-room coffee machine was not working properly. It took a long time to brew a single cup and the coffee was weak.

Underwhelming Stay. Pool Access Issues.
pool accessslow service
The hotel charged extra for pool access. It was twenty euros per person. I thought pool use should be included, especially after a day out. The club lounge was closed too. Drinks were in the bar, but service was slow, and staff rarely offered refills.
