adequate stay
tasty cake amazing spa area luxurious breakfast distant city center additional charge pool access
the breakfast was quite luxurious and tasty. i especially liked the prosecco and cake i received upon arrival. the spa area was also quite amazing.
the hotel is located quite far from the city center. it took me 15 minutes to find restaurants, due to the location. i found it shocking that there was an extra charge for pool access.

bright room spacious room keycard failure mobile key failure
the room was bright. it was also very spacious, it was well air conditioned which I liked. i do think this is important for a comfortable stay.
the hotel is beautiful, but my keycards kept failing. the mobile key also failed, this was frustrating because you need the card to activate the lift. i find this problematic

short gym hours weak coffee
I found a couple of issues . the gym hours were shorter than i expected, inconvenient for my schedule. also, the in-room coffee machine was not working properly. It took a long time to brew a single cup and the coffee was weak.

Underwhelming Stay. Pool Access Issues.
pool access slow service
The hotel charged extra for pool access. It was twenty euros per person. I thought pool use should be included, especially after a day out. The club lounge was closed too. Drinks were in the bar, but service was slow, and staff rarely offered refills.
